English: Graph showing Wikipedia's approximate total edit count over time and edits per day over time; generated by me from the data in w:User:ais523/Stats (based on edits to w:WP:SAND (September 2007 and earlier) and w:WP:AIV (October 2007 and later)). The approximation takes the oldid of the last edit to the relevant page on each day; as both the Sandbox and AIV are high-traffic pages, it is therefore likely that the difference between such oldids reflects the number of edits made that day with reasonable accuracy, although all edits (even reverted edits and edits outside mainspace) are counted. |
