Comment: Under UK copyright, an unknown artist only gets 50 years from the year it is first made available to the public. Duration of copyright sec 12, subsec 2. Looks like work of semi-skilled Jobbing Colourist so I think identity will never be known. Therefore, copyright has probable expired in all of Europe.
