Non-free media information and use rationale – non-free logo true for WebChat Broadcasting System
Description	This is the logo for WebChat Broadcasting System. Further details: this logo was used prominently on the website from at least October 1997 (see here) until its merger with GO Network on 15 September 1999 (see here). I found this while browsing through archived files of the site: https://web.archive.org/web//http://images.wbs.net/wbs3/auto/ . `/auto/` was the folder in which the core images were stored. I've looked at all the images that have "logo" and/or "wbs" in the filename, and this is the best version I could find. The others were either too small, or were rough around the edges because they were cut out sloppily.
