Summary
| Description |
English: A W-53 (then called the Mk53) thermonuclear warhead in its Mk6 reentry vehicle. This weapon exclusively armed the Titan II ICBM formerly used by the United States. The physics package is identical to the physics package in the B53 thermonuclear gravity bomb (retired 1997) and in the Y1 version had a yield of 9 megatons.
