Summary

Description
English: Both label and registration number on bottle correspond with the year 1912.
According to an eyewitness account by Jack Thayer, cited in A Night to Remember (book) by Walter Lord, a passenger of the RMS Titanic "drained" a bottle of Gordon's Gin and survived the sinking on 15 April 1912.[1]
