English: The Honorable Gordon R. England, Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), presents Rear Adm. (sel) D.C. Curtis a framed SECNAV flag in honor of his departure as SECNAV Executive Assistant. Curtis held the post for almost two years and is departing to assume command of Commander Surface Group Two in Mayport, Fla. U.S. Navy photo by Journalist 2nd Class Mark O'Donald.
