English: When Combat Center drivers come across someone who is speeding, talking on their cell phone, not wearing a seatbelt or driving recklessly, they can visit the Provost Marshal’s Office traffic court and issue a third party citation to the driver. When a citation is issued, both the accused and reporter must show up to the court date. |
