Summary

Description
English: To Let This curious building is owned by The Landmark Trust. It used to be a temporary home for minor offenders, hence the name chiselled into the parapet : "HOUSE OF CORRECTION". For more images and a plan, see http://www.landmarktrust.org.uk/featured/house_of_correction.htm You might even want to purchase the Trusts's brochure which has several furnished follies and fine buildings that you can also rent on a short term basis - even as short as a day.
