Athenaeum of Philadelphia claims copyright of image, but as per w:Bridgeman Art Library v. Corel Corp. and Commons:Reuse of PD-Art photographs this image is in the public domain. Athenaeum of Philadelphia also says "Permission to reproduce material from Athenaeum collections must be granted in writing and is at the discretion of The Athenaeum staff" which, since this image is in the public domain and nobody can hold its copyright, such permission is not necessary.
