DescriptionThe Cofeb Llywelyn Memorial and the Staff Canteen of the Gwynedd County Offices, Castle Street - geograph.org.uk - 289169.jpg
English: The Cofeb Llywelyn Memorial and the Staff Canteen of the Gwynedd County Offices, Castle Street The Cofeb is the work of Glenn Hellman (1938-) and was unveiled in 1983. The eagle is of aluminium and the megalith came from Chwarel Penrhyn. Jonah Jones (1919-2004) is responsible for the low relief on the side of the slate. As part of the deal the Council was to install a plaque giving the artist's details and acknowledging the Arts Council grant. This has never been done.
