English: The Capitol Theatre, Port Chester, NY. Opened as a playhouse in 1926, the theatre was designed by the architect Thomas W. Lamb. In the 1960s it was turned into a performance space and featured live acts such as the Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, and Pink Floyd. After being repurposed as a catering hall in the late 1990's, the theatre reopened as a rock venue in September 2012.
