Fair Use Rationale[edit]
- It is a historically significant photo of famous individuals
- It was supplied by the band's publicists as an illustration to publicise the band
- It is only used to establish what the subjects look (and looked) like
- It is used for educational, not promotional, purposes
- There is no free alternative, and since this lineup is not together anymore, there will not likely be a free alternative forthcoming
