1. The English-language Wikipedia is a project of the Wikimedia Foundation, Inc., a non-profit charitable organization.
2. The article for which the use occurs is purely educational in nature, and is thus non-commercial.
3. The image is a historically significant packaging of a widely-known consumer good.
4. The sole purpose of this use of the image is to illustrate the product that is the subject of the article.
5. Said image is the primary means of visual identification of the subject of the article.
6. The image is used only once in the article, and is used in a section that is neutral in tone.
7. The market for products sold by the owner of this image will not be diminished by this use of the image.
8.
