English: Dental stone high strength model with subperiosteal implant. Skeleton of stainless chromium cobalt molybdenum steel. For safety you need to pour two scaffolding and check with x-ray on porosities. The oral parts are polished. The subperiosteal parts are sandblasted and sterilized. In design, the three foramen and the support in the hard palate and the transverse dimension of the tape are to be observed. Integration of the implant by second operation within 24 hours. Operation and Design Klaus F. Müller 1977. Deutsch: Hartgipsmodell mit subperiostalem Implantat. Gerüst aus nicht rostendem Chrom Kobald Molybdän Stahl. Aus Sicherheit muss man zwei Gerüste gießen und mit Röntgenaufnahme auf Porositäten prüfen. Die oralen Teile sind poliert. Die subperiostalen Teile sind sandgestrahlt und sterilisiert. Im Design sind die drei Foramen und die Abstützung im harten Gaumen sowie die Dimension des transversalen Bandes zu beachten. Eingliederung des Implantates durch Zweitoperation innerhalb 24 Stunden.
