Summary

Description Explanatory image for the enumerative interpretation of Stirling numbers of the first kind. Shows all eleven permutations of 4 objects with exactly 2 cycles: s(4,2) = 11. A prettier version of an earlier image: Image:Stirling_first_four_two.png, which did not readily show that four objects were being permuted.
