Description
English: A ranker of the Soviet Naval Infantry stands with an arm on his PT-76 light amphibious tank, on display for visiting Americans. The Aegis guided missile cruiser USS THOMAS S. GATES (CG 51) and the guided missile frigate USS KAUFFMAN (FFG 59) are making the second goodwill visit to a Soviet port by American warships since World War II.
