Summary

Description
English: Southcote Lock No 104, Kennet and Avon Canal Despite its very overgrown appearance, Southcote Lock was actually navigable at the time of this 1975 photograph, although it did not see a great deal of use, as a few miles further west, at Tyle Mill, was then the limit of navigation. Now, however, through navigation to Bath is possible and there are plenty of boats.
