Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	An image of the band, during their career. It is the only full image of the band I can find online.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	No free image can be found, and the band is disbanded, so a new picture would be very hard to get (and would not represent them during their career).
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It is a single image, lower resolution than the full image. The full uncropped image is needed to show the whole band.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The image is not a revenue generator in itself, it is a picture of the band. The label makes the image available for download on their website, so wider distribution does not hurt them.
