Fair use in Skimbleshanks[edit]
This image is being used to illustrate the article Skimbleshanks. I feel that this qualifies as fair use because:
- 1. It is a web-resolution image.
- 2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to produce the musical in any way.
- 3. The image is a publicity photo released by The Really Useful Group which owns the copyright, intended for distribution to promote the musical.
- 4. The image is significant because it depicts the character Skimbleshanks, the subject of the article.
- 5. No free or public domain images have been located that could replace this one.
