Sego Tascio tablet quarter stater
Description
English: An Iron Age Gold quarter Stater of the Kent Region / Cantiaci, struck in the name of Tasciovanus, dating to the period c.AD 5-15, 'Sego Tascio Tablet' type. Obverse: TASCIO in central panel, wheel and two pellets above and below. Reverse: Horse left, ring holding pellets above, pelletal crescent below, vertical lines in exergue, a torc(?) before. As ABC, p. 44, no. 444, BMC, p. 116, no. 1646.

Measurements: 12.3mm in diameter, 1.34gm in weight.
