Description
English: Roman Relief with gladiators. The standing Secutor fights a Retirarius lying on the ground. In the lower regisert you can see the Secutor only. Text reads: "IMPROBUM" (From Improbus: adj. dishonest, evil, mean. in this case the best translation would probably be "FOUL!")
Deutsch: Relieff mit kämpfenden Gladiatoren. Der stehende Secutor kämpft gegen einen am Boden liegenden Retirarius. Im untern Register ist nur der Secutor zu sehen. Die Inschrift "IMPROBUM" (von unehrlich, böse) könnte am ehesten als "Foul" gelesen werden.
