English: Ocean Dock and environs, Seattle, Washington, 1916. Seen from the Smith Tower at the corner of Second and Yesler. Elliott Bay and West Seattle in the distance. The docks of the Pacific Coast Steamer Company stood between Jackson and Washington Streets.
