This was something significant in the history of broadcast TV, and on a Wikipedia article about the Code, it's very important to have a picture of the seal that most TV stations were required to display during their closing credits to indicate their compliance with the Code, lest they face FCC fines or have the episode shelved by their standards and practices departments. |
