Summary

Most of the ABC logo has been torn or cut from the photo's back. Some of their New York Avenue of the Americas address can be seen and one of the newspaper clippings where this photo was printed credits ABC with this photo.

As per an earlier discussion re: the AP upload information, the opinion was this does not affect its PD-pre 1978 status because it was published without any copyright markings during the applicable timeframe.
