Reata de Asnos, A Reata of Donkeys. In Spain “Reata” means: group of donkeys, mules or horses tied together; the rope that ties one horse or mule to another, to make them go in a straight line; the leading mule of three that draw a cart. In Mexico “Reata” is the nickname the Mexican Vaqueros give to their lasso for roping.
