This image, Rani TARDIS.jpg, is a screen shot from Doctor Who a television series copyrighted by the BBC, I futurehawk|talk 17:03, 15 September 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is a low-resolution screen shot from a 45-minute television episode;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes about The Rani’s TARDIS which is her mode of transportation and different than The Doctor's TARDIS;
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question.
