Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Ațintiș, potrivit anexei nr. 1.1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de o fascie lată albastră, în interiorul căreia se află patru narcise cu frunze, de aur.

În șef, în câmp roșu, se află două spice de grâu de aur, în săritoare.

În vârful scutului, în câmp roșu, se află un brâu undat de argint.

Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate

Spicele de grâu simbolizează ocupația tradițională a locuitorilor, agricultura.

Narcisele reprezintă flora locală.

Brâul undat reprezintă râul Mureș, care străbate zona.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
