Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This image is useful in illustrating the concert described in the article. As the concert was considered an audiovisual spectacle, an image of the band atop towering raised columns best exemplifies the magnitude of the tour's special effects and big budget.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	As this is a photo from a concert, the image is not replaceable by free content; any other image of the concert would also be copyrighted, and any version that is not true to the original would be inadequate for identification or commentary.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original artwork.
