Fair use for the article Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. Covering both the license templates, this image, PokemonDiamondPearlBox.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright, I feel it is covered by U.S fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of two game covers;
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the games in any way;
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the games.
