English: The Phoenix Cotton Oil Company building was built in 1895. The two story Southwest Cotton Co./Karlson Machine Works building next to it was built in 1918. Both are located at 606 E. Grant St.. Designated as a landmark with Historic Preservation-Landmark (HP-L) overlay zoning Historic Preservation Individually Designated Properties.
