Norsk bokmål: Kart fra St.meld. nr. 31 (2006-2007). Kartet viser en funksjonell inndeling av Osloregionen etter pendlig til Oslo. Sitat fra Hovedstadsmeldingen: "Kartet viser «ringer» rundt Oslo (ulike farger) – basert på nivået for pendling til Oslo fra de andre kommunene (indre og ytre ring og ytre kommuner). Kommunene i indre ring har ca 40 prosent eller mer pendling til Oslo, mens kommunene i ytre ring ligger fra ca 10 – 40 prosent. Bykommuner som Moss og Drammen har sine egne pendlingsomland, og er derfor lagt til det ytre området, selv om de har noe høyere pendlingsandel til Oslo enn 10 prosent. Pendlingsmønsteret drøftes forøvrig nærmere i kap. 10. Med på kartet er de 56 kommunene i samarbeidsalliansen Osloregionen, som består av Oslo kommune, fylkeskommunene Akershus og Østfold, samtlige kommuner i de to fylkene, og kommuner i Buskerud, Vestfold og Oppland."
