Fair use in Nikola Todev[edit]

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It illustrates an educational and memorial article about famous deceased actor.
2. It's a low resolution movie screenshot.
3. It doesn't limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the films with the actor in any way, in fact, it may encourage sales.
4. Because of the low resolution, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the artwork/image.
5. The image is itself a subject of discussion in the article or used in the infobox or articles connected with the actor Nikola Todev or some of his films thereof.
6. The image is significant because it gives a clue for a notable film

This image is a screenshot from a copyrighted film, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by the studio which produced the film, and possibly also by any actors appearing in the screenshot.
