This image is the cover of a videotape, DVD, Blu-ray, etc. and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the video or the studio which produced the video in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of video covers to illustrate the videotape or disc in question on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the Copyright law of the United States. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Non-free content for more information.

Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

2. No free or public domain images have been located for this content.
3. This image meets general Wikipedia content requirements and is encyclopedic.
4. This image meets Wikipedia's media-specific policy.
5. The image is an accurate reduction of a JPEG made available for promotional purposes by the home video distributor New Video, and includes all text, art and logos.
6. This image is of lower resolution than that offered by New Video. It cannot be used for high-resolution printing, and any copies made from it will be of inferior quality.
7. Use of this image in the article The Golden Spiders adds to it significantly because it visually identifies the A&E TV adaptation of the novel that is the subject of the article.
8. The copyright owner's rights to reproduce the image are not limited in any way.
