Description
English: "Navajo Code Talker" Bronze and Marble Monument at the Northern Arizona University Campus, Flagstaff, Arizona. Created by R. C. Gorman in 1978. Enlarged for NAU in 1995. R.C. used his father, Carl N. Gorman as the model. Carl was one of the "Frist-29" Code Talkers of World War II. (Photo by Michael Gorman)
