Summary

Description
English: Mosbolletjies is sweetened , leavened yeast bun flavoured with caraway and or anise seed. Apparently they were introduced by the French Huguenots settlers. The name comes from the "mos" or fermenting grape must used as a raising agent along with yeast and because they are shaped like little balls, They can be dried to make rusks.
