Fair use for Monster Force[edit]

This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Koveras) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution copy of a DVD cover;
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the DVD in any way;
• copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the DVD artwork on another DVD;
• the image is one used by online stores to sell the product and is promotional in nature;
• it provides illustration to the claim that DVDs are available;
• it additionally contains illustration of the six protagonists and two antagonists of the series, removing the necessity to upload additional FU images for them.
