Summary

Description
English: Miniature locomotive "Merlin", which is a miniature 2-4-2 tank engine, built in 1998 by the Exmoor Steam Railway. Originally, she had been built for a 12 1/4" gauge railway in Germany that was aborted, so was run at Exmoor until she was re-gauged to 10 1/4". She came to Rudyard Lake Steam Railway in 2001 where she has proved to be a popular and powerful little locomotive, as one of her sister engines "Waverley".
