Summary[edit]

Non-free media data
Description

Screenshot Media Player 5.0, taken on Windows 2000, playing a video.

Source
  • Screenshot is shot on a copy of Windows 2000 SP4. Media Player 5.0 comes with this OS; although does not have a shortcut in Start menu, it can be invoked directly by its executable file, mplay32.exe
  • Video comes from Varied Triller rushck.ogg but it is converted to MPEG-1 format.
Portion used

An entire application window containing a video is included.

Low resolution?

Image size is unchanged from the original shot – 400 × 437, which still very small – but the color depth is reduced and artifacts are added as a result of JPEG compression.
