Hiriyanna have authorised afore mentioned Website and set this photograph free under CC0 waiver for public usage. The photograph in question is more than a century old (dating back to late 1890s) and is legally out of copyright gambit in the country of origin - India. Further, family members have entrusted above mentioned site a written waiver of copyright thus permitting for the said photograph's legal use in reasonably acceptable framework of historical narrative - as here in biographical terms of person in question - M. hiriyanna.
