Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	to serve as the primary means of visual identification at the top of the article dedicated to the entity in question.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	It is copywrighted (by Procter & Gamble) and that's not going to change.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It's small. It's used one time in the one article.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Well... it's used on their soap bottles etc. On their website once or twice. I doubt it's used much anywhere else, and I can't see them selling stickers or books or anything else with it and making money. Now , IF and WHEN the brand or company is sold "intellectual property" will be part of the sale price, and the BRAND (not this image particularly) is their intellectual property. However, I don't see how how this would compromise that. Not a lawyer tho. But if it does, we would have to get rid of all brand and company logos. There's nothing different about this from the thousands of others we use.
