English: Jakarta. Soldiers of the 1st Cavalry Battalion (Yonkav) Kostrad carry out platoon-level Tactical Training activities in the Baturaja Combat Training Center area, South Sumatra.

This was conveyed by the Commander of the 1st Cavalry Battalion (Danyonkav) Kostrad Lieutenant Colonel Kav I.F. Andi Yusuf Kertanegara in his written release, in Cijantung, East Jakarta. Tuesday (20/7/2021).

The training activities were carried out for four days starting from 5 to 8 July 2021 with the strength of three Leopard Mbt Platoons, namely 12 Ranpur MBT Leopard units.

Danyonkav 1 Kostrad Lieutenant Colonel Kav I.F. Andi Yusuf Kertanegara said that Yonkav 1 Kostrad is a Combat Unit that is ready to be mobilized at any time in the context of contingencies that occur throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

In order to support the success of these main tasks, reliable capabilities both individually and in units are needed. For armored warriors to carry out training seriously, passionately and full of responsibility so that this exercise can achieve maximum results, which is no less important is that the safety factor is the main priority in this exercise and continue to apply health protocols.

"This Platoon-level Tactical Training activity aims to make Yonkav 1 Kostrad soldiers able and understand the kinds of techniques and tactics on the battlefield in order to carry out destruction of opposing units, understand and understand cooperation between other branches," said Danyonkav 1 Kostrad. (Penkostrad).
Bahasa Indonesia: Jakarta. Prajurit Batalyon Kavaleri (Yonkav) 1 Kostrad melaksanakan kegiatan Latihan Taktis Tingkat Peleton di daerah Pusat Latihan Tempur Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan.

Hal ini disampaikan Komandan Batalyon Kavaleri (Danyonkav) 1 Kostrad Letkol Kav I.F. Andi Yusuf Kertanegara dalam rilis tertulisnya, di Cijantung, Jakarta Timur. Selasa (20/7/2021).

Kegiatan latihan yang dilaksanakan selama empat hari yang dimulai pada tanggal 5 s.d 8 Juli 2021 dengan kekuatan tiga Peleton Mbt Leopard yakni 12 unit Ranpur MBT Leopard.

Danyonkav 1 Kostrad Letkol Kav I.F. Andi Yusuf Kertanegara mengatakan bahwa Yonkav 1 Kostrad merupakan Satuan Tempur yang siap digerakkan kapanpun dalam rangka kontijensi yang terjadi di seluruh wilayah NKRI.

Guna mendukung keberhasilan tugas pokok tersebut maka diperlukan kemampuan yang handal baik perorangan maupun satuan. Bagi prajurit petarung lapis baja agar melaksanakan latihan dengan serius, penuh semangat dan penuh rasa tanggung jawab sehingga latihan ini dapat mencapai hasil yang maksimal, yang tidak kalah penting adalah bahwa faktor keselamatan merupakan prioritas utama dalam latihan ini dan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan.

“Kegiatan Latihan Taktis Tingkat Peleton ini bertujuan agar prajurit Yonkav 1 Kostrad mampu dan memahami macam tehknik dan taktis di dalam medan pertempuran guna melaksanakan penghancuran terhadap satuan lawan, memahami dan mengerti kerjasama antara kecabangan lain,” tegas Danyonkav 1 Kostrad. (Penkostrad).
