Description ArabSat 4B Launch campaign. The Proton-M, with Breeze-M upper stage and the payload, are rotated into the vertical position at Pad No. 39. Later, the mobile service tower (seen in the background) will roll up to the rocket and "embrace" it with its service platforms.
