- The image is a promotional shot of the band Sulfur, and was therefore originally intended for wide distribution.
- The image is of a much lower resolution than the original
- The image is being used for non-profit purposes.
- The copyright owners' rights to reproduce the image are not infringed.
- A free or public domain image can not be located since the band broke up in 1995.
