Description	Locally uploaded file, which is valid under US law but not under Rwandan law (which prohibits freedom of panorama), and hence ineligible for Commons. Principal buildings pictured are the Grand Pension Plaza (2010), Makuza Peace Plaza (2016), and Kigali City Tower (2013). Under Rwandan law, the applied art works are protected for 25 years, therefore this will be eligible for Commons in 2041.
