T. & T.sPersonnel Relations Department.Since that time he has been concernedwith technical and staff employmentand related personnel matters. In modern war, problems of ma-teriel are not confined to the fightingforces. Just as military prepared-ness requires that arms and ammuni-tion be provided to resist a possibleenemy attack on our shores, so doesit require that telephone supplies beavailable against such a contingencyin order to insure against serious in-terruption to the countrys communi-cation facilities.
