English: Title from accompanying text. "In the matter of the Estate of William Samuel Greatheed, owner, Ex parte Sophia Burgess, petitioner." "Sale on Monday, November 1, 1858." Accompanied by text: In the Court of the Commissioners for Sale of Incumbered Estates in the West Indies, Saint Vincent. ([4] unnumbered pages : cadastral data, annotations ; 44 cm, folded to 28 x 12 cm). "At the Court of the said Commissioners, No. 8, Park Street, westminister, on Monday, the 1st day of November next, at twelve o'clock at Noon precisely. The purchaser will have an indefeasible Parliamentary Title under the Seal of the Court." "All further particulars to be had by application to the Commissioners, at their Court, No. 8, Park Street, Westminister, S.W.; to Mr. Charles Lever, the Solicitor having carrige of the Sale, No. 1, Frederick's Place, Old Jewry, London, E,C,; to Mr. Leifchild, the Auctioneer, No. 62, Moorgate Street, City, London, E.C. (all in England); or to John McFee, Esq., Arnos Vale, St. Vincent. Copy imperfect: Discoloration, strongly use-worn, very fragile, torn in half with some small holes along fold lines.
