Summary

Description
English: Sign recalling the Irvin Village Site at Cove Lake State Park in Campbell County, Tennessee, in the southeastern United States. Excavated as part of the Norris Basin Project in the 1930s, the site was once home to a substantial Mississippian-period (c. 1000-1500 A.D.) Native American village.
