Description Postcard shows Main Street in Colfax, Washington looking north at the intersection with Canyon Street. The J.C. Penney's store, on the right, operated from 1920 to 1988. Colfax City Hall is on the left side. This building was built in 1913, then repaired after the building burned in 1915. Note: postcard was dated April 6, 1939 and addressed to Mrs. Charles Kramer, Spokane, Washington.
