Description The Indonesian frigate KRI Karel Satsuit Tubin (KST 356) operates with USCG Cutter Sherman (WHEC 720) during a maneuvering event as part of the at-sea phase of exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Seven U.S. and Indonesian Navy ships are operating together. CARAT is an annual series of bilateral maritime training exercises between the United States and six Southeast Asia nations designed to build relationships and enhance the operational readiness of the participating forces.
