Summary

Description
English: Diagram of energies for hydrogen atom for the energy n=2 corrected by the fine structure and magnetic field. First column is for the non-relativistic case (only kinetic energy and Coulomb potential), the relativistic correction to the kinetic energy is added in the second column, the third column includes all of the fine structure, and the third adds the Zeeman effect (magnetic field dependence). The vertical axis is the energy E in units of E_0=13.eV. Creating using formulas from Quantum Physics UCSD Physics 130, April 2, 2003 https://quantummechanics.ucsd.edu/ph130a/130_notes/130_notes.html
